Delete your Spaash account

Delete it yourself, in the app

The fastest way — deletion is immediate and permanent.

Open Spaash.
Go to Settings → Account.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm your password when prompted.

If you can't access the app

Email [CONTACT EMAIL] from the email address registered to your Spaash account, with the subject "Delete my account". Include your username so we can locate it. We will verify ownership and delete the account, normally within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Permanently and immediately removed:

Your profile — email, username, display name and profile photo
All messages you sent
All photos, videos, documents and voice notes you uploaded (removed from our storage)
Your group and chat memberships
Your contacts and blocked list
Your call history
All sessions and linked devices — you are signed out everywhere

What is kept, and why

Abuse reports you filed — retained for safety and moderation, but unlinked from your identity.
Messages already delivered to other people — these exist in their chat history and are not under your control, in the same way a sent email cannot be recalled from someone else's inbox.

Account deletion cannot be undone. There is no grace period and no recovery. If you only want to sign out, use Log Out instead.
